756+ tracksPublishing and listening hub. Direct-to-listener. $1 per song. You own it.
Sync licensing marketplace and the rights infrastructure under everything else.

AI music for early learning. COPPA + FERPA compliant from day one.

AI-native music culture. Discovery + behavioral feed. TikTok-style for sound.

Eight surfaces, one identity, one royalty rail — the part that's actually hard to copy.
Read the ecosystem strategy→Every track gets a real receipt.
From a creator's Mac to a federated registry — every step is real infrastructure: authentication, fingerprinting, ISRC mint, provenance cert, catalog entry, fan-out. No black boxes.
Whoever owns the registry of who-made-what becomes the spine of the next music economy.
The Big Three (Universal, Sony, Warner) capture roughly two-thirds of recorded music revenue. The rest is scattered across distributors, aggregators, and platforms that all charge tolls.
Streaming pays artists ~$0.003 per play. To earn the price of a coffee, an artist needs roughly a thousand plays.
AI made music infinite. The existing rights infrastructure was designed for a world where humans made every recording.
The industry's first response was to litigate. Then UMG–Udio (Oct '25) and Warner–Suno (Nov '25) flipped to per-generation licensing at $0.002–$0.005, attribution-weighted. The fight became the toll booth — same gatekeepers, new tax.The right move is to build a toll booth that pays the artist back — and we have.
Five layers. Stack them — that's a thesis.
Already at scale. The infrastructure exists. The question was never can we build it — it was can anyone replicate the distribution.
Approved ISRC registrant (artist tier) — we mint authoritative codes today for any artist on Majiks, all under our registrant name. DistroKid/CD Baby parity at retail. Approved with MLC Sound Source. Registered with the MLC. We've also applied for the wholesale ISRC Manager tier — the layer that issues ISRC blocks to other labels — with a strong case for approval. Every track gets a real ISRC, a Chromaprint fingerprint, and a SHA-256 provenance certificate at upload. Not pending. Already shipping.
Unicorn Commander — Magic Unicorn's distributed federated infrastructure. We plan to release Majiks itself as decentralized infrastructure. Anyone can run a node. It all registers back to us.
Creator owns the master — Studio runs open-source models on your machine, the file is yours forever, in commercial perpetuity. Listener owns the file — $1 per song, no subscription. We don’t take a cut on personal licenses. Compare Suno’s own help docs: “If you are using the free version of Suno (our Basic tier), we retain ownership of the songs you generate.” Compare Spotify: ~$0.003 per stream — 333 plays to earn $1. Ownership all the way down is the only relationship that doesn’t get eaten by intermediaries.
Most music going forward is hybrid — humans write lyrics, AI fills the band; AI generates a sketch, humans cut a vocal. We don't differentiate AI from human in our catalog because the distinction is already fading. It's the position competitors are afraid to take — and the only honest one.
The reference desktop for ACE-Step.
Formal partnership with the open-source music foundation model that powers Majiks Studio. Co-marketing, free cloud API for Studio users, XL-tier model early access.

ACE-Step is the open-source music model that lets Majiks Studio run music generation locally on Apple Silicon. We're the production reference desktop product — the Hugging Face transformers of music generation.

We took our text messages. Majiks gave us back a song.
The song exists because the platform exists. Direct quotes from a real late-night debugging session became verses. Claude wrote the lyrics. ACE-Step composed the music on Apple Silicon — fully on-device, MLX-accelerated. We finished it inside Majiks Studio and shipped it in one click. Six steps, one weekend, zero cloud bills.

Real text messages.
Source · iMessage corpusA 3 AM debugging session went sideways. Builds wouldn’t sign, the chat backend died, every LLM provider failed at once, and Hina was waiting on a massage that was never coming. We saved the thread.
- 02
Lyrics drafted with Claude.
Lyricist · ClaudeClaude read the thread and pulled direct quotes into verses. No paraphrasing. “Hina’s pissed.” “Chat backend error — all LLM providers failed.” “Six times faster — found the optimization that was missing.” Real lines, in order.

ACE-Step composed the music.
Composer · ACE-Step · MLXComedy rap, F minor, 140 BPM. ACE-Step 1.5 generated the instrumental and vocal pass on Apple Silicon — fully on-device, MLX-accelerated, 2–3× faster than CPU. No cloud, no API bills, no rate limits.

Published in one click.
Publish · Studio BridgeStudio Bridge pushed the FLAC master, both M4A streams, artwork, and metadata to majiks.online — ISRC minted, Chromaprint fingerprint stored, SHA-256 provenance certificate signed. Zero web friction between making and shipping.
Every claim further up this page — the 800-songs-a-night, the on-device MLX, the ACE-Step partnership, the one-click publish, the ISRC, the fingerprint, the provenance certificate — ran end-to-end on this song. That’s the demo. That’s the receipt.
We're selecting 3-5 launch partners.
